Can Carro estate is an old dairy farm from 1921 that has been completely renovated. It still maintains the old external structures, keeping the original spirit of the estate. The finca Can Carro is located on 43.000 m2, with lots of olive trees. The land is surrounded of carefully maintained, dense gardens combined with aromatic plants which gives the finca a special charm. 

The pool is found in a privileged place of the house, on an elevated area from where you have wonderful views of the finca and its surrounding countryside.

There are 3 apartments and 1 double room at Can Carro: 

Hibiscus Room is a comfortable double room with complete on suite bathroom. A terrace and an exclusive exterior area surrounds it. Perfect for two people.

Adelfa Apartment was once the area dedicated to drying the wheat, that is, the estate’s original barn. It is found in the higher area of the estate, facing the swimming pool and with marvelous views. It includes two rooms divided into a bedroom and a living-dining room, with kitchen. The Adelfa Apartment is spacious and with simple decoration, in keeping with the rustic lines of the house.

Studio Almendro, respecting the origins of the estate, perfectly conserves the characteristics of the old farm spirit. Initially the old barn, it helps to perfectly retain the features of the spirit of the old cattle farm. As a stable in its origins, it is spacious, comfortable and well distributed. Its extraordinary decoration invites the visitor to enjoy the setting, since it includes a large terrace, green areas and garden to surround it.

Villa Olivo is a completely independent, spacious house. It includes 3 rooms, divided into two bedrooms, a living-dining room which includes a kitchen, and a private terrace.  Villa Olivo is decorated with taste and has the charming combination of the old and new. It is surrounded by a nice garden which ensures the intimacy of the house.

The estate is situated in a privileged area of the island, a few kilometers from some of the most beautiful beaches of Mallorca, such as Es Trenc, Sa Rápita, Ses covetes and Es carbó.
