Regarding your request I give you undermentioned our reaction for the three hotels where we stayed during our summer holidays on Mallorca.

It was the first time that we stayed at this hotel and we were really surprised in a positive way.
It started already with te pick-ip service at the airport, where a kind young man was waiting for us at the luggage belt.
The location of the hotel is unique in the old center.
The staff was very kind and helpfull.
The restaurant was also very good with kind service.  
I think this was a good choice to start our holidays at this hotel

 Hotel Son Gener

It was our second visit at this hotel and we did not regret it at all.
Very kind and helpfull staff.
The food is absolutely good, a great breakfast and nice dinerA
A point of attention is the fact that the reastaurant is closed on Tuesday evening. 
And we arrived on Tuesday in the afternoon. But the staff gave us an alternative in a village nearby.
Value for money is here absolutely good. It was nice to be here again. Beautiful garden and swimmingpools. 
And not far from Arta.

Hotel Fontsanta

It was the fourth time we stayed here.  We love the hotel but we were disappointed about the room.
The airco did not work quite well in the main building (last years we stayed in a separate house which was better)
We got a fan to replace the airco but that was not enough.
We had ants in our room. 
We love the location of the hotel, near to the wonderful beach Es Trenc and near to Colonia Sant Jordi.
The hotel has nice pools and a good g
I regret a bit that the menu card was rather the same as in previous years. Poor innovation.
A positive thing is the shuttle service to the beach
Good breakfast.
Very kind and helpfull staff.

I would recommend te Can Alomar and Son Gener to friends. About Fontsanta I am not quite sure mainly for the value for money.
