We had a lovely holiday thank you. I had not had the pleasure of exploring the mountains and stunning villages/ towns in the West of Mallorca prior to this trip.
Your recommendations of hotels in Pollenca, Fornaluxt, Palma proved to be an excellent choice of delightful and friendly boutique hotels with excellent service.
I would have no hesitation, based on our experiences, of recommending Rural Hotels Mallorca. Thank you for all the input in planning the trip.

The hotel in Palma, Palau sa Font, was centrally located so perfect for exploring the city and old town area. I would rate it as follows:

It was great to have a bolt hole in the town, with a cooling plunge pool and we loved the ambience. 

Our second stay at Can Verdera, Fornalutz was superb. The hotel was wonderful, the staff very helpful and friendly, rooms very comfortable and breakfast was perfect! We loved the different spaces on the terraces and the pool was perfect. It was quiet and peaceful and the village was stunning. Plenty of choice to eat and drink in the village and lots of options for walking. Couldn’t recommend highly enough and would rate 5 across the board. Thank you in particular to Miguel, who was super helpful to us during our stay.

The hotels we stayed in were both really clean and well run. The hotel in palma was very clean great location with a stunning little roof terrace- the staff were really nice and we will choose again when we are next in palma
The hotel Can Quatre in Soller was really special, beautiful to look at and gorgeous breakfast - it was perfect for walking into town and was just very special
The beds in both hotels were wonderful 
My husband was very impressed that I had used your company and we will definitely do so again

Hi Henrik,  Charming hotel with attentive and friendly front office staff. Nothing was too much trouble.  Really fantastic location right in the old part of Palma town.  We had a family room so we expected a crush but that was not the case at all and we were delighted with our experience at Palau Sa Font.  I would definitely recommend this for adults and also families. How would you rate the following from 1-5 where 5 is the best rating: Service: 5, Food:  3, Cleanliness:  4, Value for money:  5, Sleep quality: 4 (beds were good and the black out windows very good – what let it down was quality of the pillows but we find that everywhere in Spain and take our own!). Hi Henrik, We had a lovely weeks holiday in Mallorca, here is our feedback for the two hotels… Palau Sa Font: Service  5, Food  4, Cleanliness  5, Value for money  4, Sleep quality  5. Recommend to friends…YES. Palau Sa Font is a lovely hotel in a brilliant location in Palma Town very close to all bars and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful, nice plunge pool and roof terrace, very quiet in the evenings and a lovely big double bed. The breakfast was excellent quality but a little bit lacking on choice. Quirky arty hotel with relaxed chilled atmosphere, thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Son Sant Jordi: Service 5, Food 5, Cleanliness 4, Value for money  4, Sleep quality  3. Recommend to friends…YES Son Sant Jordi is a beautiful hotel in a great location in Pollenca Town, 5 minutes walk to all the bars and restaurants but sometimes noisy with traffic and people in the evenings on the street outside our room, had to sleep with all the windows fully closed. Friendly helpful staff and lovely garden and pool area. We thought our room was really quaint but could have done with some upgrading i.e. tea making facilities and possibly complimentary drinking water, also we had no coat hangers and the air conditioning was noisy and leaked. Other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Best Wishes,

Dear Henrik We are very happy with our stay in Mallorca  the three hotels that you recommended us are marvelous. CA’S XORX is perhaps more eceptionnel because it combines the natural setting of the mountain, the design sophistication, the quality of service and the excellent table FINCA SON MAS is also a magical place but we must accept the discretion of the service. the staff is very nice but not enough present. the catering service is to simple. our trip, north and south, allowed us a clear view of the island in its geographical complexity. In Palma, we enjoyed PALAU SA FONT. simpler, less expensive but good location and very nicely managed by a young team (excellent breakfast). therefore, everything is very positive for us and we thank you. for information, we had a wonderful cruise on a catamaran which allowed us to tour the island. thank you  sincerely yours
