Overview

This architectural masterpiece designed by the renowned architect Osvlado Luppi is situated in a quiet cul de sac in the sought after location of Old Bendinat.

The property is distributed over 3 floors, with the ground floor featuring a Bulthaup kitchen, central courtyard and living area with floor to ceiling glass doors leading out onto the terraces and pool area. The glass doors on this floor can all be opened completely to give a feeling outdoor/ Indoor living. Perfect for the Mediterranean climate.

The first floor has four bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms, two of which have sea views. The master bedroom also has a private terrace and walk in dressing room. On this floor there is also stairs leading up to a beautiful solarium terrace with beautiful views over the bay of Palma.

The lower floor of the villa has an additional fifth en suite bedroom/ gym , a sauna, a laundry/utility room, machinery room and a large garage with ample parking for at least 3 cars.

The villa is air conditioned throughout, has underfloor heating and also has lift access from the basement to the ground and first floor.

You’ll find  bedrooms spread over the first floor, all with their own bathroom and two of which afford glimpses of the sea. Some add deep soaking tubs and all feature underfloor heating. The master bedroom also opens to a lovely terrace from where you can gaze out over the water. 

Decor is a calming blend of neutral tones and soft fabrics, with walls enlivened by colourful contemporary artworks. There’s a kids room, too, which can sleep up to four of the little ones in interconnected bunk beds.
