Service: 5 All the staff were very helpful and obliging.  Karen and Stephan could not have been more helpful.
Food: 5 Good breakfast and delicious evening meals cooked from scratch by Karen from food straight from the market

A beautiful hotel set in a vine yard with great views of the mountains.  Very peaceful and very chilled out!  All the staff were very helpful and fun.  You do need a car as a long walk to nearest town.

Son Galceran, Esporles
Service:4  particularly liked Miguel who had to serve all the guests breakfast on his own – very stressful for him and he reminded us of Fawlty Towers Manuel!!  He always had a smile! Isabelle very helpful with bus timetables.
Food: 4 breakfast only which was good. Lots of variety to suit all nationalities
Cleanliness: 4
Value for money: 4

The hotel is an easy walk into Esporles where we had dinner – particularly liked Es Brollador.  Overall the hotel is quite basic but not expensive, so you get what you pay for.  A good  base to explore the area.

Once again, many thanks for your help.  We well might look at Provence for next year.

Cas Curial is a stunning property and made all the better with it’s fabulous location in the heart of Soller. It’s a lovely hotel and run by lovely people who go above and beyond to ensure your stay is great. I would highly recommend this finca for a great holiday exploring the Soller valley.
Torrent Fals is a lovely finca near to Santa Maria del Cami. It’s a good location to explore the village and a few surrounding villgaes. You need to get a car so as to be able get around and not feel totally isolated unless that’s the plan. A lovely base in this area.

Hi Henrik,  Holiday was wonderful and we'll certainly use you again for future holidays - thank you very much!! Both hotels were loveley (Son Sant Jordi SSJ and Torrent Fals TF) How would you rate the following from 1-5 where 5 is the best rating: SSJ - junior suite was lovely and spacious, loved the peaceful gardens for sunbathing, hotel is a good base for exploring the NE part of island. A little expensive for what it is... Breakfast was basic and air con did not work in our room so used the fan which was ok but did affect sleep a bit - not a major issue but for the price perhaps these things should be a tad better?  TF - incredible setting, so peaceful and unique. Loved the family feel. Food was lovely, really good quality - the wine too. Pool area very nice too. Very happy to have stayed there and wish we'd stayed even longer! Good base for exploring too! Hello, We had a lovely holiday despite some inclement weather. We were a little disappointed with the food and the distance from Santa Maria. It would be helpful if the website stressed that a car is mandatory . Hi Henrik, I was wondering where those earrings were! I will go and collect them, thank you. How would you rate the following from 1-5 where 5 is the best rating:  Service: 5 Food: 4 (a bit expensive) Cleanliness: 5 Value for money: 4 Sleep quality: 3 (needed more pillows and softer pillows and needed a duvet as was bit cold with a/c on at night) Would you recommend the hotel to a friend?  Generally yes but would warn friend about expensive food. Wonderful hotel surrounded by vineyard and beautiful grounds.  Peaceful, quiet rural location with the most amazing pool. Pedro and Essy were great hosts - very solicitous.  Very relaxing break, would certainly recommend and return again. Yes we enjoyed our stay. Service 5 Food 3 Cleanliness 4 Value for money 4 Sleep quality 4 We enjoyed the place, particularly round the pool when the sun came out. Others said the same thing, but what value does Pedro add to Torrent Fals? The place could run perfectly well without him. The televisions were very aged and had only four channels, all in German. The bedroom could have done with a full length mirror for dressing purposes.

Hi Henrik, It was brilliant, thanks! Very peaceful and beautiful place to stay; the staff were so friendly and helpful and the food was wonderful. There was so much to do on the island that we spent very little time by the lovely pool! Dear Henrik, Yes, we had a wonderful time at Mallorca and at Torrent Fals, thanks for asking. We are really fans of the Mallorcan wines. The wines of the Bodegas which we visited by Wine Train were all nice ones. We also visited the bodega Biniagual, a very sympathetic vineyard and family. (The owner of the vinery will be near our home place this weekend, wine tasting in Liestal.) We also love the vines of Binigrau very much. Hi Henrik, Sorry for the late reply but I want to let you know we had a great time in Mallorca. It was very hot and so we were glad to have chosen hotels with a swimming pool. We loved the 3 places. In Torrent Falls the cook was on holiday, and just because we asked the cooking lessons she specially returned the last evening. We definitely are going back to Mallorca and we will certainly travel the same way: by car and looknig for small quiet hotels!!!! I already recommended your site to some friends so let’s hope they will book someday.

Dear Henrik, We had a wonderful time in Mallorca, thanks to your pleasant and kind help Henrik. Your recommendation to go to Torrent Falls was just entirely to the point! We arrived quite late so we had some difficulties finding it but the place is breathtaking! We had such a pleasant stay, we wished we booked more nights there! We definitely go back to stay a bit longer. Oh and the pictures don’t lie, it is how it is on the photo’s. Relaxed, quiet and peaceful. You might tell others to look for two big pine trees on the road where they have to turn left. Torrent fals doesn’t have a clear sign (especially during night time).
