Only the master bedroom offers air conditioning but the other rooms offer ceiling fans. The house is beautifully decorated accordingly to the traditional finca style, but also giving you a modern and luxurious feeling with its music installations throughout the house, TV with satellite and wifi.

The gardens are landscaped with a large swimming pool, with sun beds and outdoor shower. The outdoor pool space offers as-well a spacious cozy dining area with an outdoor kitchen that include BBQ grills, pizza oven and a dishwasher.

This is the perfect property for families  thanks to its large green areas, playhouse, and trampoline.
