I would give 5 to every category. I would thoroughly recommend the hotel to anyone.

The position of the hotel is amazing. The staff were exceptional, friendly and helpful. Our room wasn’t the largest but the view compensated for everything. The smaller pool, was always quiet. One slight problem was getting a beach facing lounger. They “opened” access to loungers at 9am. Then it was a scramble!!!! We did the boat trip which was lovely. 

I would return to the Illa d’or.

Service: 5 -  Housekeeping 3 - the only fault was that the mini fridge wasn’t replenished also the toiletries weren’t kept topped up but we had replacements from the housekeeping team on request. 
Food: 5
Cleanliness: 5
Value for money: 3
Sleep quality: 4 - there was a little noise between the rooms which wasn’t an issue during our stay but could be if the neighbouring guests were late going to their room.

Beautiful hotel in a stunning location. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The food was excellent, we breakfasted everything morning on the terrace and had lunch and dinner overlooking the water.

A charming hotel in a stunning location. Communal areas were traditional and the un heated pools are perfect for a quick dip.  Great base for walking and exploring. Staff were friendly and helpful.
