Yes I meant to get in touch with you to say we’d had a fantastic stay in Deià . We loved hotel des Puig and loved Deià.
I will rate as you have suggested: 
Food - we didn’t eat there as breakfast wasn’t included . But honesty bar great
Cleanliness 5 
Value for money 4
Sleep quality 4 ( there was obviously a plastic covering on mattress which made it a little hot and sticky etc!
Also would like to add it was great booking through you and being able to actually chat options through etc . Would definitely book through you again and am already looking into options!
We loved Deià vibe etc but the beach wasn’t ideal very rocky and tons of jellyfish! 
It really was great dealing with you and loved hotel des Puig.

Dear Henrik, We had a nice holiday – it was good to wake up to blue skies and sunshine with warm, summery weather, each day.  I know this is not guaranteed in October, even in Majorca! We were (as you know) in an apartment, just up the road, so our contact with the hotel itself was relatively small. Our experience of service – asking for a hairdrier, more pillows, help with Ryanair booking etc – was good  - say 5. Food – we did our own shopping. Cleanliness – the apartment was clean and was kept clean – 5. Value for money – good – 5. Sleep quality – very quiet. Two of the party needed different pillows, but the hotel offers a range and they were immediately supplied. We found the beds a little hard so again some of the party didn’t sleep very well. Say 4. Yes, we would recommend the hotel. General sentences: we found the Hotel des Puig to be an excellent place to stay, with attentive service.  We would certainly recommend it to others. I will probably be in touch with you again about other holiday before too long. Thanks for all your help. Best wishes

Would you like to write a couple of general sentences about your stay? Deia and the Hotel Des Puig was magnificent.  We would highly recommend the modern apartments that are beautifully clean, great views of the hills, excellent internet connection and very helpful staff.  The pool was divine to swim in with a little gym off the side.  We ate locally which has an  array of  wonderful cafes for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I did not try the hotel food. Thank you for all your help on this holiday, I would love to go to Ibiza at some point so will look at hotels for there through you.
