Overview
Welcome to Son Bunyola, Sir Richard Branson’s idyllic hideaway on Mallorca’s northwest coast. Set within the spectacular Tramuntana Mountains with stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea, this vast estate is a part of a World Heritage site, covering over 1,000 acres and includes three villas - Sa Punta de S’Aguila, Sa Terra Rotja and Son Balagueret - plus a brand new luxury hotel, opening early Spring 2023.
Joining the three existing villas, the 16th century Finca - or manor house - central to the 1,000-acre Son Bunyola estate, is currently being developed into a brand-new, intimate luxury hotel, opening late Spring 2023. The hotel will honour the heritage
of this historic building through its design and will consist of 26 luxurious bedrooms, including two
Tower Suites with stunning vineyard and mountain views. The former olive press will become one of
two restaurants and the historic terrace will be home to the pool.
Whether we’re doing the cooking or you’re catering for yourself, make the most of the fresh produce the island has to offer. Our Private Chef can cook up a storm of local Mallorcan and Mediterranean style dishes - or just about anything else you fancy to go with some local wine or your favourite tipple. Dining can be enjoyed in your villa’s dining room or alfresco on the terrace.
The stunning location of Son Bunyola makes for the perfect place to unwind with a dip in
the pool, or a spot of yoga and tennis, all whilst enjoying the awe-inspiring views - but the mountainous landscape is also ideal for hiking. Venture further afield to the Mallorcan beaches and set sail on the tranquil Mediterranean waters.
