Overview
The Hotel is a former Mallorcan mansion, built in 1860. It has been carefully and lovingly restored, with meticulous attention to detail, respecting and exposing many of its original features, such as beams, stone floors, wooden coffered ceilings, frescoes and murals.
This is a 5 Star Hotel and as such offers a top class service, with the ambition to make your stay an unforgettable experience. The Hotels hallmark is the warmth and personal touch, treating the guests in a friendly manner.
It would be hard to find a better location from which to explore the city of Palma. The Hotel is situated in the Plaza de Sant Francesc square, next to the church and cloister of the same name, just a few metres from the Cathedral, the Town Hall and Plaza Mayor. The best restaurants, museums, art galleries and shops are all a short stroll from the Hotel.
The Hotel combines period pieces with contemporary designer furniture. High quality materials native to the island have been used in the construction, such as stone from Santanyí, Binissalem or Marés, combining them with wooden floors imported from France. Every room has its own original character, with linen and upholstery combined in different ways in order to create unique but welcoming spaces.
At the Hotel they place great importance to good food, as this is a key aspect of the guests’ overall experience. Savour the varied range of dishes in the restaurant Quadrat, and in the Lobby Bar or, on summer evenings, in the Sushi Bar, situated on the spectacular Rooftop Terrace, with a pool and stunning views.

Booking Policy
Credit card details and a 15% deposit (refunded if cancelled more than 2 days before arrival) taken from your card at the time of your booking. Remaining amount to be paid to the hotel during your stay.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations may be cancelled without penalty fee until 6:00 pm 2 days before arrival and 14 days before for Suite Sant Francesc and la Torre Suite. In the case of cancellations after the deadline or if the guest does not show up at the hotel, the amount of the first night of the stay will be charged, taxes included, to the credit card provided, and the rest of the stay of the booking will be cancelled
