Sa Vinya den Palerm is an agricultural cattle farm of 8 hectares which now has been converted into a small hotel with only 5 rooms, located in the north of the island a short drive from the beach.

Here you will get a taste of the authentic Ibiza with its beautiful countryside, full of carob, almond and fig trees; vegetables and fruit trees (orange, pear, apricot, lemon, cheery and apple) all cultivated in the estate. 

There are also crops grown in the dry land which are used to feed the farms animals (pigs, rabbits, sheep and hens). Opposite to the house, an extensive vineyard carefully tended and pampered for years, produces an excellent wine, which you should not miss.

The main charms of the hotel’s 5 rooms are simplicity, their light, which enters to streams through windows and balconies, and their small garden of aromatic plants, which impregnate the place of soft and wonderful fragrances.

In the south wing, a swimming pool filled with water provided by the estate well and a solarium where you can enjoy the sun, surrounded by fig trees and carob-trees for those who wish a bit of shade in the strong hours of the day.
