Would rate 5 for all categories.

Would definitely recommend to a friend and would definitely return.  The location is perfect.  The staff were so friendly, helpful and nothing too much trouble.  The standard of breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed snacks and drinks on the front terrace one night.  

Would use you again.  Having visited Puerto Pollensa, Polensa, Soller and Palma it would be good to get recommendations for similar quality hotels in other parts of the Island.

The town is very pretty, transport to local villages and the Port is good.

Your recommendation on restaurants was also very helpful. We tried both and were not disappointed.

We had a delightful stay at The Gran Hotel Soller. It is a lovely hotel and the staff are very attentive and service focused. The facilities are excellent including the spa and roof top pool. Disappointingly the turkish bath was out of order during our stay. The rooms were well appointed and the beds & mattresses were very comfortable. Some instructions on how to adjust the air con would be most helpful as it is a thermostatically controlled unit and we repeatedly tried to adjust it unsuccessfully. Consequently we were too warm at night and we did not sleep as well as we could have. 
The onsite parking is very helpful. The food is excellent in both the roof top bar and the court yard restaurant. The hotel advertises it is a smoke free property but on two occasions we experienced another older guest smoking on the roof top bar. We were eating at the time and it was unpleasant, staff need to politely nip this in the bud, more signage would help. I myself would have raised this at the time but did not see the signage which is downstairs till the day we left. 

 We will deffinitely return as the whole family enjoyed the stay enormously.
