Overview

Welcome to this sunny apartment just 5 minutes’ walk from the beach in Ciudad Jardín – one of Palma’s most relaxed seaside neighbourhoods. Please note that this apartment is for 1 - 3 month rentals, whether you're here to unwind, work remotely, or explore the island, this is a great base. The area has a friendly local vibe, with plenty of great restaurants, cafés, and bars nearby.

The apartment includes two double bedrooms, one full bathroom, and an additional guest WC. There’s a bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious terrace perfect for morning coffee, al fresco dinners, or evening drinks. There’s also a small office area if you need to catch up on work.

The beach is just around the corner – ideal for a morning swim or catching the area’s beautiful sunsets. A scenic cycle path runs along the seafront into Palma (20 minutes by bike, about 60 minutes walking). You can also hop on a frequent bus (under 30 minutes) or take a quick taxi ride (around 7 minutes, €15).

Convenience stores are a couple of minutes away, and larger supermarkets are less than a 10-minute walk. I’m happy to share my favourite local food spots and tips to help you settle in
