Scenic drives through the western region of Majorca are perfect for exploring both mountain ranges and coastal scenery. If you start your journey in Andratx and follow the picturesque winding coastal road towards the village of Estellencs you will enjoy ocean views and the fresh pine scent from the forest.

Perhaps you should hire a sports car where you can put the roof down for this drive?

Along the way, be sure to stop at the Ande Mirador de Ses Animes and climb the 16th Century watchtower for magnificent views.

One of the best parts of the drive in this region is the journey through gorgeous olive groves with breathtaking views of Puig de Galatzo – one of the most iconic mountains on the island of Majorca. Stop for a drink and some local tapas in Galilea and then slowly follow the signs back to Andratx.
