I just wanted to drop you a line to let you know that we enjoyed a super holiday at Llenaire. It really is such a wonderful spot and they do it all so well! Lovely to see the same familiar faces.

El Encinar 
Lovely peaceful rural hotel, run beautifully by Dolores who makes a delicious paella and was so helpful in many ways. 
Son Cosmet 
A real gem, lots of space and beautifully done in classic understated elegance. The plants and garden around the house are stunning and the pool by the olive trees is a peaceful retreat. It's Apolonias family estate and she looked after us so well. 
Llenaire 
More a hotel than agri-tourism, wonderful service by a dedicated team. Led by Miguel who's family have owned the house for ever. Grand, high ceiling rooms, with beautiful old furniture and paintings. 
Do ask Miguel's son Tony to put you through your paces on the tennis court - quite a work out!

My dear Henrik, firstly, thank you for the very kind and generous transfer from Palma to Llenaire Hotel, which was very much appreciated. Once again our stay was faultless. We had a superb suite overlooking the bay and, fortunately, we did not have to move rooms at all. Everything was perfect and the two dinners we had at the hotel were outstanding. Comments:-
Son Julia - clientele very young - a lot of babies and toddlers.  Noise at night, very busy main pool.  However, escaped to quiet small pool.  Room not totally clean - dirty mirrors, shower in bathroom badly designed and caused flood regularly because of short shower screen.  Food good but not enough choice - catered well for gluten free though (I’m coeliac).  Location of hotel very near main road - but I know this is unavoidable!

Llenaire - exceptionally clean, and huge, cool bedroom.  Both bathrooms new and very well designed.  Location beautiful, older clientele hence beautifully restful and quiet.  Pool perfect, fantastic view, and never busy.  Service excellent.  Weren’t brilliant on gluten free - almond cake not gluten free, when it could easily have been.  Menus a bit restricted for me, but we only had dinner one night but had a lot of lunches.

In conclusion we will definitely return to Llenaire, without children.  Great location for Pollensa and Formentor and north Mallorca.

Hi Henrik, Yes,  we had, as usual, a lovely time at Llenaire. Service, food, cleanliness, value for money and sleep quality all would rate 5. Of course we would - and we have - recommended the hotel to friends. The Llenaire hotel is situated in a brilliant position with lovely views over the bay of Port Pollensa. It a short drive from the hotel to either the old town of Pollenca or the superb beach in Port Pollensa. Both places have a variety if excellent restaurants. We too enjoyed your recommendation of the Saratoga hotel in Palma. I know you do not represent them, but it would be good if you could! Best wishes, Yours,  

Dear Henrik, We loved our holiday all down to the hotel. I would give 5s for all and would definitely recommend it. There is nothing not to like about Hotel Llenaire. The building, decoration, rooms, food, and views are amazing. I can’t think of anything nicer that having supper in the restaurant overlooking the surrounding countryside and bay and moving to the lovely terrace for drinks. I will look at the Menorca hotels too. Best

Dear Henrik, We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Llenaire. It was really wonderful - we were hoping for a quiet, peaceful holiday as one of my daughter’s was studying for exams. Hotel Llenaire provided exactly the right atmosphere. I would rate everything as a 5. The staff were so kind and friendly and we felt so comfortable. The hotel library was very well stocked too, which we loved as we could relax on the terrace with a book. My husband had arranged bike hire separately, and the hotel were fantastic about arranging storage and giving him advice on the best routes. The food was excellent - we loved having breakfast on the terrace, and it was just a charming place to spend a few days. We would love to come back to Mallorca some day and would definitely stay at hotel Llenaire and would recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Mallorca! Best regards

Hi Henrik, We had a really nice stay thanks. The location, appearance and service at the hotel were excellent.  The food was mostly very good although some items on the menu were perhaps a little strange, and food and drinks were quite expensive.  The worst thing about the stay was probably the noise transmitted from other rooms/the reception area and the bathroom of next door's room (they seemed to have a shower at about 2am every morning!).  We would definitely go back to this hotel although we'd probably try to get a different room which hopefully wouldn't be quite as noisy.  Service:5,Food:4,Cleanliness:5,Value for money:4,Sleep quality:3. Hi Henrik, I just wanted to drop you a line to thank you so much for helping us at the last-minute to find a hotel near Port Pollensa last week!  We were so disappointed with the hotel at Port Pollensa that we had booked ourselves and you really 'saved the day' by booking us into the Llenaire at such short notice.  The hotel was very comfortable, Alex and Miguel were very professional and charming hosts and we very much enjoyed our stay.  Chris and I rather wish we had booked the rest of our trip through you, as although I enjoyed the Sant Francesc Singular in Palma, Chris thought it was rather characterless and over-priced, and I think we may have been better off staying in one of your Palma suggestions! We did however, very much enjoy the Son Palou and would highly recommend it.  The staff there (Ruth and Marga in particular) were wonderful and we found the hotel very relaxing and special (although the hairpin bends on the road to Bunyola every day are pretty tedious!) We loved our 10 days in Mallorca and I hope we will be able to visit again soon.  I will certainly recommend to anyone I know travelling to Mallorca that they should book though you!  Thank you in the meantime for all your help.  We really appreciate it. Dear Henrik, The hotel was perfect in every sense.  Service cleanliness value for money.  The only thing that would have been better is if they had had a slightly larger and longer pool.  The pool was lovely though. The food was lovely but I think if they did a dish of the day it would be good because otherwise the menu only got changed twice in the week but still I enjoyed the food. I am just being picky. I would love to go back sometime. Regards

We only scored the food with a four due to the lack of variety (Fairly small menu that didn’t change during our stay and no daily specials) On the whole, we throughly enjoyed staying at these hotels and will almost certainly stay again. A truly secluded location with stunning views across to the bay. Finite accommodation means a lovely quiet location with the feeling of being a private guest rather than a hotel resident. The local wine was fantastic, particularly the rose however the cuisine has some way to go in order to catch with the rest of the hotels attributes. Clearly a family run business who genuinely care about their high standards of service. A fantastic food experience would make this a top hotel recommendation, the menu was enticingly selective but many of the dishes were not great quality for the price. Also getting basics right like soft eggs for breakfast needs to be achieved. Yes but would recommend to eat out.

Dear Henrik We had a very good trip, and thank you for recommending the Hotel Llenair. The service, cleanliness, value for money and sleep were all 5*. The food was a bit disappointing – limited choice, limited and unchanging mneu, and above all a near-total lack of vegetables.Although it was beautifully served, we thought the food was expensive and not good value. My wife had her bag stolen while we were at Luc, and Miguel and Alex went far beyond the call of duty to help us with the police – and we got back everything except the money, which was quite remarkable. I would certainlyr recommend the place to anyone looking for a 5* hotel, and we shall stay there again. Thanks again

Hotel Llenaire was very good and have already recommended it, the other one was quite cool and the restaurant there was fantastic, all in all both were very enjoyable, thanks for your assistance in booking them.

We had a fabulous weekend at Llenaire. The staff were delightful, the food was fantastic and the rooms comfortable, clean and spacious. The breakfast arrangement was a little odd it was in a room on the first floor whereas we would have preferred to have been outside.
